Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Keighley is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy operating in Keighley, UK (GPhC No. 9012511). We provide clinically supervised weight loss consultations and prescription services to eligible patients.
You must be aged 18 or over to use our services. Our weight loss treatments are available to individuals residing in the United Kingdom only.
You must complete an honest and accurate medical questionnaire before any treatment is considered. We reserve the right to decline treatment where it is clinically inappropriate or where incomplete or misleading information has been provided. Some treatments may require a minimum BMI or the absence of certain medical conditions.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect your suitability for treatment.
All prescriptions are issued by a qualified, registered prescriber following a clinical review of your consultation. No prescription will be issued unless our pharmacist or prescriber is satisfied it is clinically appropriate for you.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following any consultation or payment for a consultation service.
Prescription medications supplied by us must only be used by the person named on the prescription and in accordance with the directions provided.
Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical review has been carried out, regardless of whether a prescription is issued. If a prescription is not issued, the cost of any medication will be refunded.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store your full card details on our systems.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is made via a tracked, secure courier service to your specified UK address.
We cannot guarantee delivery times once an order has been passed to our courier. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services, adverse weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your delivery or that a safe, secure delivery location is specified.
You may cancel your order before a clinical review has taken place for a full refund. Once a clinical review has been completed, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
If your medication has already been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns for safety and regulatory reasons, unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via the details on our website.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The current version will always be published on our website with the date of the most recent update. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
